Roy E. Summers, Principal Surveyor, a retired U.S. Coast Guard Marine Inspector who currently holds the credentials of Certified Marine Surveyor from the National Association of Marine Surveyors. |

During his career with the U.S. Coast Guard, he served in various capacities including engineering officer of five Coast Guard vessels of various sizes and classes. |
| In addition, he served on the East Coast as Officer in Charge of the Third District Training Detachment conducting small boat training for search and rescue personnel at over 26 Coast Guard stations. |

During his remaining five years in the Coast Guard, he served as U.S. Coast Guard Marine Inspector directly responsible for the inspection of new construction of six oil rigs, one tank ship, and numerous barges in accordance with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. |

Since 1984 Mr. Summers has been self-employed as a marine surveyor, conducting condition evaluations, damage, and on-off charter surveys of pleasure craft and commercial vessels throughout the Gulf Coast and Texas areas. |  |

Deborah J. Summers, Principal Documentation Officer, assisted Roy E. Summers in developing the administrative operations for both the Marine Surveying and Vessel Documentation departments. She emphasizes professional, expeditious performance along with high ethical standards. |

Deborah prides herself in providing a full documentation service which includes obtaining all information required, direct from the Builder, Seller, Buyer, Lender, and Broker. She prepares and then provides color coded instruments for execution by all parties involved, communicates and coordinates boat closings, and attends all local closings. |

Deborah provides all the same instruments mentioned above for execution, including a detailed color coded check off list with instructions, for all out of town closings, along with a telephone conference call to answer any questions. |

During her prior 20 year career, she has held Senior positions in banking, oil and gas, marketing, direct sales, the legal field as both a Secretary and Court Reporter, Administrative Coordinator and Assistant Financial Planner. |
